CHOW MEIN SAUCE: 9.5 oz
Steamed Rice: 60.0 oz
Peeled Shrimp: 7.0 oz
Cut Onions: 7.0 oz
Cut Carrots: 7.0 oz
Corn: 7.0 oz
Peas: 7.0 oz

Directions

  1. [CONVECTION OVEN METHOD] Put steamed rice into a hotel pan and top with sauce.
  2. Layer toppings over noodles. Ensure noodles are fully covered to prevent them from burning.
  3. Cook in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes, then mix thoroughly.
