Ingredients

CHOW MEIN SAUCE: 12.8 oz
Chow Mein Noodles: 5.0 lb (weight increases after boiling, measuring is recommended)
Diced Chicken: 1.5 lb
Cut Yellow Bell Peppers: 6.0 oz
Cut Red Bell Peppers: 6.0 oz
Cut Onions: 6.0 oz
Cut Broccoli: 6.0 OZ
Sliced Green Onions: As needed

Directions

  1. [CONVECTION OVEN METHOD]
  2. Put boiled noodles into a hotel pan and top with sauce.
  3. Layer toppings over noodles. Ensure noodles are fully covered to prevent them from burning.
  4. Cook in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes, then mix thoroughly.
  5. [BOIL AND MIX METHOD]
  6. Cook noodles and ingredients separately in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  7. Drain water after cooking.
  8. Mix ingredients, noodles, and sauce thoroughly.
